Our Returns Policy Clauses Terms And Conditions:
- You can return the product within 15 days from the date you received it i.e. date of purchase, indicating your reason for return including, your preferred action (replacement or refund).
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Kindly make sure you received the product in a perfect and intact condition.
- When you receive your item, you must check it within 48 hours.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Ensure that the product security seal, MRP sticker and tags on that product are intact i.e. your item must be in the original packaging condition without any tampering.
- Please confirm whether there is “Fitzport” tag on the product.
- When you receive the product, kindly handle the product responsibly while trying or inspecting the product.
- Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
- All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department.
- Returns are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt.
- If you are entitled to a refund, you get back 100% refund, including the delivery cost.
- All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging.
Procedure Opted For The Replacement / Refund Subject To Terms And Conditions Implied.
We apologize you for the inconvenience incurred. We understand how troublesome it can be for you. We will try our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received.
You have the right to cancel the delivery while the product is being delivered.
In case you accept the product, you can file a complaint within 24 hours.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals, the quality team will inspect it and updates us about the condition of the product. It will take 7 days to investigate the matter.
On receiving a positive response, the process refund will take place & we will get back to you and initiate with the refund or replacement procedure. (Replacement is subject to availability of a particular product).
If we learn that the product has been damaged by you, we have the right to dismiss your complaint and send it back to you. You will receive it within 15 working days.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Exclusions Of Return Or Replacement Applicable
- Damages incurred due to misuse of the product.
- There is a defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is not returned the way it was delivered; original accessories, packaging, price tag, and receipt.
- The Products are tampered or have missing serial / UPC numbers.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 1 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- The product is used.
