How do I stay updated with the sales and offers of the website?

Once you register with the Fitzport.com, make an account, you’ll be updated with the offers and sales via phone number or email.

What all are the ways through which I can make the payments?

You can make payments online – via Card, EMI, Net banking, UPI, and Wallet.

How to cancel the product after the order has been placed?

You can contact us via call or mail and inform that you’d want to cancel the product. We will begin with the process immediately and accordingly.

How do I get my refund?

You must select the mode of refund. If you have made online payments, the amount will be credited back to the account from which you have made the payment. If you have paid cash on delivery, you must provide bank details to which the refund has to be credited. You can also choose Fitzport credit. The amount credited to Fitzport Credit can’t be withdrawn in the form of cash or transferred to any bank account. It can only be used for purchases on Fitzport. The refund is valid for 1 year.

What should I do if I do not get what I want, or if I receive a faulty product?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. You can contact us via mail or phone regarding the problem that you have been facing.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is picked up, a tracking ID will be generated and shared with you over your email. You can also track your order on your shipping dashboard.

In how many days will I get my order delivered?

You will get your ordered delivered in 4-7 working days.

What all should I check before opening the package?

All the products are sourced only from the official importers and we are certified for distribution by them. Whenever you order from us, you will always receive the product with the original importer sticker and its hologram. You can check the image of the sticker and its hologram in the “authenticity” section of our website.

What do I need to do If my order is placed unsuccessfully, yet money is deducted from my account?

In case such a thing happens, you have to send your invoice copy, we will check and get back to you. You can also contact us on —– and inform us about the same. The issue will be solved as quickly as possible.
